Announcement: PED announces the 2020 PBMI Annual Water Quality Report
Pala, CA – The Pala Band of Mission Indians and the Pala Environmental Department announces the 2020 PBMI Annual Water Quality Report.
Consumer Confidence Report (CCR)
Every year, all public waters supply systems must develop and send out a CCR (Consumer Confidence Report), which describes the water quality of their system’s tap water. This report must be delivered by June 30th of each year. The report covers Pala’s drinking (tap) water quality from January 1st, 2020 to December 31st, 2020.
We had no violations last year, as you can see from the charts on pages 4 through 7. We did have a few items that were found during our routine 2020 Sanitary Survey Inspection, which have been fixed; you can review those on the 2020 Sanitary Deficiency List Report below.

Outside of Pala
Also, if you live outside of Pala, look for your own CCR’s either in your water billing statements or on your water district’s website (see below for maps of other local water districts in case you are unsure of the district you live in). If anyone wants help finding/reading the results of their own water district, feel free to come by the Pala Environmental Department office in the Administration Building and we will be glad to help you find and read your own CCR.
